 Mongolia is the king of horse countries, where snow covered mountains mingle with the desert. In 13th century, Genghis Khan conquered almost half of the world with his great warriors and with their fast horses. Horses are the symbol of Mongolia and still today they are the main element of survival for the nomads' population. Mongolian horses are ponies by European standards, with a shoulder height of less than 1.5m. However they are very strong with amazing stamina.
Traditional Mongolian saddles have a wooden frame with high pommels. They are inappropriate for unskilled users. Some are using Russian style saddles, but they turn out to be unconfortable after a few hours ride. So, for most of our long horse riding treks, we will provide you with very confortable - western style - saddles.

Our horse riding trips are followed by a Van that will meet us at each camp and carry our materials. If you're tired you will have the possibility to join in the vehicle. One additional horse will be provided each two riders in case of a horse injury or if your horse doesn't suit you. One horse herder for a maximum of 2 free horses will follow the trip.
For our self sufficient trips, the ride will take place in areas not accessible by vehicles. The materials, lighter, will be carted by pack horses. A satellite phone will be provided for your own security.
We're inviting you to have the most exciting trip through the most beautiful natures doing horseback riding. You will have a unique experience during which freedom feelings will be heightened.
